Aber Cabins Booking Policy

Before booking please read these notes to enable you to use our on-line booking system without problems. Please bear in mind that we are always keen to help you in any way we can and welcome either telephone calls or, preferably, e-mails for your queries. Using e-mails will give us more time to sort out your queries and we will respond as quickly as possible.

All our prices are clearly given when you enter your required dates (please note that where the combined daily rates exceed the weekly rate then the lower weekly rate will apply-but this does not entitle you to stay for a week of course UNLESS you do book the week).

From MID-JULY to MID-SEPTEMBER we can only accept bookings of a week, fortnight etc., booked from Saturday to Saturday.

During BANK HOLIDAYS and HALF-TERMS there is a minimum of three nights booking, and NO MIDWEEK OFFERS (4 nights for 2) are available in any of these periods.

WEEKEND BOOKINGS are a minimum of 2 nights either Friday and Saturday night or Saturday and Sunday night. Bookings for a SINGLE NIGHT WILL CARRY A £35 SURCHARGE and we reserve the right to refuse such a booking. For any and all bookings the ARRIVAL TIME is approximately 3.30pm and the DEPARTURE TIME is 10am on the allotted days.

KEYS are collected from and returned to the site shop/office.

Important Notice

IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 5PM YOU MUST ADVISE THE SITE ON 01766540116 OR 01766540555 and they will put the keys in the cabin for you. It is advisable to make a note of the site numbers and take them with you in case of unexpected delays en-route to the site.

Pets

We welcome pets at all our cabins but please be aware that site rules dictate a MAXIMUM OF ONE PET PER CABIN. A charge of £5 per night is applicable and is added when booking.

Refunds

As you will see, we require full payment prior to booking, and we do advise you to book early to ensure you get the cabin you want at the time you want it. It is not unknown for many weeks reservations to be made in a very short space of time so we do advise you to book early. Consequently we want to be as fair as possible when it comes to refunds to give you peace of mind and we guarantee the following without exception; If we receive 4 weeks notice before commencement of holiday: 100% refund – 3 weeks notice: 75% refund – 2 weeks notice: 50% refund. We regret that we cannot offer any refund with a notice of cancellation of less than 2 weeks.

What we supply

Cutlery, crockery, pans, quilts and covers, pillow cases.

What you will need

Towels, toilet rolls, sheets, washing up items, toiletries, hair-dryer etc.

Electricity

This is covered in your fee. In the interests of safety please ensure you turn off all appliances before going to bed and when leaving the cabin during and at the end of your stay.

Cleaning

Every cabin is cleaned following your departure but we would request you remove all rubbish leaving the cabin much as you found it.

Finally

We want you to really enjoy your holiday and would simply ask that you allow the others around you to enjoy theirs!
